Returns & Refunds policy

We ship only the freshest Japanese candies and snacks that were recently made straight from the factory ,so there will not be any issues with the expiration dates on any of our products. We carefully pack our products and make sure everything is perfect for you. Of course, there are those times when a shipping problem occurs, however shipping problems are usually covered by the carrier.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, you will have to pay for the shipping charges. Even though our main office is in America, everything is shipped out from Japan to insure freshness, so it will have to be shipped back to Japan.
