Can I customize my box?
We offer a variety of Japanese candies in a special request box starting at 3 kilograms. You have the option to request additional items or more of a specific item. Our team will do their utmost to assist you. If you don't find something on our website, feel free to inquire, and if it is available in Japan, we will track it down for you. Please note that the product cost and shipment weight are important factors in whether we can fulfill your request.
We ship via airmail, however recently due to stricter regulations, it can take one to two weeks to arrive. Customers are responsible for any additional fees charged when receiving our shipments, so please check your country for any other charges.
