We ship only the freshest Japanese candies and snacks that were recently made straight from the factory ,so there will not be any issues with the expiration dates on any of our products. We carefully pack our products and make sure everything is perfect for you. Of course, there are those times when a shipping problem occurs such as damaged goods during transit, however shipping problems are usually covered by the carrier.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Perishable Items: Due to the nature of candy and food products, we do not accept returns for opened or perishable items to maintain safety and quality. Unopened, sealed products may be eligible if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, personalized items, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Email us at japancanndy@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable) within 7 days of receipt.

  2. Inspection: We'll review your request and if approved (you may need to cover return shipping for non-defective items).

  3. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the error was ours.

  4. Exchanges: We can offer exchanges for the same item if in stock, subject to availability.

Shipping and International Orders

  • We ship worldwide, but returns from outside the US may incur additional fees.
